PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate, Diploma, Professional Degree, Secretarial or Equivalent
  • Required Skill(S) : Communication literacy, Communication skill
  • Required Language(S) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is an advantage
  • At least 4 year(S) of working experience in the field is required for this position
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in secretarial/executive & Personal Assistant Equivalent or equivalent
  • Full time position(s) available 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reporting to General Managing Director
  • Provide full spectrum of secretary and assistant duties to GMD/CEO
  • To undertake administrative support to GMD/CEO office
  • To handle personal/company travel management, banking & others from time to time
  • Any Adhoc Assignments
